Rice for Bata
This fund provides physical nourishment to elementary school age children in the Tag-ibo Barangay. During the pandemic it provided a series of donations of rice and protein sources to families in the Barangay to support childhood nutrition. Funds are also used to improve the infrastructure of the school buildings to assist the students. For example the installation of wall fans in all classrooms to reduce heat, construction of a function hall for shading school events, and upgrading of the student restrooms. The fund is primarily supported directly by the Callachuchi Center with help from donations through a Go Fund Me account called Rice for Bata found at this link:
The Inness Foundation
The Inness Foundation is a fund set up to support local forest restoration projects to help protect and cultivate indigenous forest plants and also to provide education to the public on the importance of forest preservation. At present the Foundation is searching for a suitable forest site to implement forest restoration practices as well as to turn it into a public space for children and adults to experience forest environs and the ways in which we can all help to support their existence into the future. Tag-ibo Educational Fund
A fund set up to support individual students graduating from high school who have a strong sense of purpose for a particular life path needing educational support. The fund provides seed money to support specific needs of the student to reach their educational and career goals. Interested students should apply directly to the Center with a description of their goals and needs.
Earth Sentinels
This non membership collective is made up of individuals who each have made a commitment to set aside time daily for personal reflection and vigil regarding planetary well-being and the role of our intention in being a supportive force towards more environmental harmony. Anyone who personally commits to some form of daily practice in support of the earth can call themselves an Earth Sentinel. At this time the group is set up to have no mailing lists, no list of members, or membership communications. It is purely an individual commitment that each of us participates in through our own intention.
